Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the official websites, forms, messaging channels, automation tools, and related digital services operated for Francine Marie Bautista and the FMB ecosystem.

Effective date: July 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using our websites, Facebook Page, Messenger, Instagram, website chat, forms, booking tools, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. About the Service

The FMB Automation Hub helps organize communications, route inquiries, provide approved frequently asked information, support appointments, and assist with lead qualification. The service may support Francine Marie Bautista, FMB&Co., SENZ, With Love, FMB, Cognita, and other approved FMB projects.

Features may be introduced gradually, changed, suspended, or removed while the system is being developed or maintained.

3. Automated Responses

Some responses may be generated, classified, summarized, or drafted using automated systems. Automated responses are provided for general information and assistance only. They may be incomplete, delayed, or require human confirmation.

Automated messages do not create a contract, confirm a booking, approve a proposal, guarantee availability, or constitute legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or professional advice. A booking, engagement, or commercial arrangement becomes final only after written confirmation by an authorized representative.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

5. Inquiries, Proposals, and Qualified Leads

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability, response time, pricing, partnership, employment, membership, sponsorship, or service delivery. Information may be reviewed to determine whether the inquiry is genuine, relevant, and ready for follow-up.

Only qualified leads, authenticated members, paying clients, or records required to provide an approved service may be transferred to the appropriate separate client or member system.

6. Appointments and Calendar Requests

Requested dates and times remain tentative until expressly confirmed. We may reschedule, decline, or cancel a request due to availability, incomplete information, emergencies, technical issues, or other reasonable circumstances. Users are responsible for checking the final confirmation details and attending on time.

7. Payments and Commercial Services

Where paid services are offered, final scope, fees, payment schedule, deliverables, revisions, cancellation terms, and ownership terms will be stated in a separate proposal, invoice, service agreement, or contract. In the event of a conflict, that signed or accepted agreement controls for the specific engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website design, written content, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, music, publications, software, prompts, workflows, and other materials are owned by or licensed to their respective FMB ecosystem entity or creator. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Third-party names, logos, platforms, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By sending content to us, you grant the limited permission needed to receive, review, organize, store, and use it for responding to your request and providing the requested service. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

10. Community and Wellbeing Content

Advocacy, community, companion, or wellbeing content is intended to offer general support, reflection, and access to information. It is not a substitute for licensed professional care or emergency assistance. In an emergency or immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on or link to third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, GitHub, Cloudflare, payment providers, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, external content, or independent privacy practices.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, staff, systems, intellectual property, legal rights, or platform compliance, including in cases of abuse, fraud, spam, harassment, security threats, or repeated violation of these terms.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to maintain accurate and reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free automation, immediate replies, or that every message will be successfully delivered or classified.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on unconfirmed automated information, third-party platform failures, unauthorized user conduct, or events outside our reasonable control.

14. Privacy and Data Deletion

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on the Data Deletion page.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when services, laws, integrations, or operating practices change. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
