1. Who We Are

This policy applies to the official digital services operated for Francine Marie Bautista, FMB&Co., SENZ, With Love, FMB, and approved projects within the FMB ecosystem. The FMB Automation Hub is a central communication and inquiry-management system designed to organize messages, answer approved frequently asked questions, route inquiries, support bookings, and identify qualified leads.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Your name, social-media display name, username, profile or platform identifier.
• Email address, telephone number, and other contact information you voluntarily provide.
• Messages, comments, form submissions, inquiry details, attachments, and conversation history.
• Service interests, preferred schedule, project requirements, location, budget range, and expected timeline.
• Technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate location, referring page, and website activity when available through standard website tools.
• Consent, communication preferences, qualification status, assigned brand, and follow-up status.

We do not intentionally request passwords, complete payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary chat.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

• Respond to messages, questions, comments, requests, and support concerns.
• Classify and route inquiries to the correct FMB brand, project, or authorized team member.
• Provide approved automated replies, conversation summaries, and suggested responses.
• Qualify genuine service, partnership, membership, volunteer, media, or booking inquiries.
• Schedule consultations and confirmed appointments.
• Prepare proposals, maintain follow-up records, prevent spam, and improve service quality.
• Comply with legal obligations, platform rules, security requirements, and valid requests from authorities.

4. Automation and Human Review

Some messages may be processed by automated systems to identify intent, locate approved information, draft a response, or route a conversation. Automated systems are not permitted to make final legal, medical, financial, employment, or similarly sensitive decisions. Certain messages may be held for human review instead of being answered automatically.

You may ask to speak with a person at any time.

5. Where Information Is Stored

General inquiries may be organized in secured business tools such as Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar. Only qualified leads, authenticated members, paying clients, or records needed to provide an approved service may be transferred to the appropriate separate Supabase project or client system.

SENZ, With Love, FMB, and Cognita records are intended to remain separated according to their purpose and access permissions. Casual inquiries, reactions, spam, and general browsing activity are not automatically treated as client or member records.

6. Service Providers and Platforms

We may use trusted platforms to operate our services, including Meta products, Google Workspace, Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, GitHub, Cloudflare, and other approved providers. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies and only as needed to provide their services.

We do not sell personal information.

7. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to provide requested services, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal or accounting requirements. Unqualified inquiries may be periodically deleted or anonymized. Client, payment, contractual, and compliance records may be retained longer when required.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, subject to verification and applicable legal limitations. You may also ask us to stop non-essential follow-up communications.

9. Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including access controls, separate system credentials, restricted service keys, and human approval for sensitive actions. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our business inquiry services are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information may contact us to request review and deletion.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our services, legal requirements, or platform integrations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
